Our College Station studio boasts one of the most empowering ways to embrace your body and stay fit…through Pole Fitness and Yoga Practices. Our classes allow you to soar and confidently explore aerial movements both on the pole and off. Our thoughtful and knowledgeable staff prioritizes your safety while encouraging you to push your limits in a supportive atmosphere.

DEFINITIONS OF CLASSES

Intro to Aerial Yoga

Discover the art of aerial yoga in this beginner-friendly class designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence while suspended in a soft fabric hammock. Learn foundational poses, gentle inversions, and flowing sequences, all with the support of the hammock to reduce strain and deepen stretches. We recommend attending 4 “Intro To Aerial Yoga” classes before advancing.

Aerial Yoga: Conditioning

This class combines traditional yoga poses and aerial techniques with strength-building exercises. Using the aerial hammock as your ultimate resistance tool, you will tone muscles, improve balance, and increase flexibility. We recommend 4 “Intro To Aerial Yoga” classes before attending.

Aerial Yoga: Restorative

This calming aerial class is designed for relaxation and healing. Using the soft fabric hammock as a supportive prop, you’ll ease into gentle stretching to decompress your body, relieve tension and enhance flexibility. All levels are encouraged to attend.

Aerial Yoga: Flips & Flexibility

Perfect for those with some aerial yoga experience, this class focuses on mastering tricks, flips, and transitions in the hammock. We recommend 4 “Intro To Aerial Yoga” classes before attending.

Yoga for Power (Hot Yoga)

This class provides an opportunity to enjoy the practice of yoga while benefitting from gaining strength in a heated studio room. All levels are welcome.

Flow & Restore Yoga

This class combines long-held Yin yoga stretches with a gentle mobility flow to improve flexibility and joint health. Breathwork and meditation will be woven throughout class to promote relaxation and help you connect with your body. Come as you are... All levels are welcome!

Intro To Pole

This upbeat class will spice up your workout routine! You’ll learn basic pole skills while naturally using body-weight exercises to increase strength and endurance through consistency. Building confidence, self-love and a sense of positive empowerment is cultivated within our class. We recommend attending 4 “Intro To Pole” classes before advancing.

“Pole Fundamentals” (Bootcamp) Course

This 4-week course is designed to build a foundation for those looking to start their pole fitness journey. You’ll learn all the beginner basics then venture into more impressive moves. With confidence, you’ll be prepared to enter more advanced classes in only 1 month.

Intro To Pole Choreo

Designed to provide a bridge between Intro To Pole classes and Exotic Pole Choreo classes, this class incorporates pole moves and dance/floor choreography to introduce students to pole choreography basics. We recommend 4 “Intro To Pole” or “Pole Fundamentals” classes before attending.

Exotic Pole Choreo (L2)

For students that are looking to advance their pole and choreography skills further, this class will teach choreography sequences that can be built upon. We recommend 4 “Intro To Pole” or “Pole Fundamentals” classes before attending.

Pole Tips & Tricks

With a “tutorial-style” of instructions given to each participant, you’ll have a chance to work on those moves you just can’t ace. All levels welcome.

Power Pole

A unique workout incorporating pole fitness and targeted conditioning exercises, this class functions as both a way to improve your pole moves while building strength. All skill levels are welcome, though it is recommended that the student be already actively exercising.

Pole Inversion Progression

For students who have started their pole journey and want to get the hang of going upside-down, this class is perfect. Students do not need to be able to invert before attending this class-that’s what it’s for! You will be introduced to (and practice) different inverted pole moves, while learning exercises that will improve inverted moves. We recommend a minimum of 4 “Intro to Pole” classes before attending.

Dance Fitness

This high-energy class feels more like a dance party than a workout! The neon lighting pops brightly in the dimly lit room and feel-good music sets the vibe! The workout combines bursts of cardio with light choreography…designed to be easily adaptable to all levels.

GYM

This HIIT-style workout class is designed to work your entire body. By lifting lighter weights and moving at a quicker pace, you’ll build muscle and shed body fat. All skill levels can attend this class as exercises can be adapted to individual levels.

Registering for classes is highly recommended as every Group Class has a maximum capacity, and some of our more popular classes fill up quickly. However, we do allow walk-ins if there is open space in class.

All new pole students can start with a Beginners Pole class-however classes are designed to take into consideration all levels of students.
We also have yoga and fitness classes that do not have any prerequisites.

Pole Classes – Now is the time to wear clothing that makes you feel confident, sexy, and comfortable. Ideas include thigh-high socks, bodysuits, or simply an oversized tee or button-up over a fun sports bra! Please do not wear loose clothing or yoga pants, hand or wrist jewelry as they will either cause distractions or scratch the pole. Please do not apply any lotions or cream on your legs, arms, or hands on the day of the class as they will make your body slippery and prevent you from gripping the pole properly. Dry, bare skin is best for all pole classes! Platform heels are encouraged, but optional, in pole classes. Knee pads are also encouraged for Pole Tricks and Exotic Pole.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between hold. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of the hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30 days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All legacy membership rates will be forfeited.
