Aerial (Hammock) Yoga combines vinyasa flow yoga and aerial swings to create a practice that is full of movement, playfulness, and freedom. You will achieve a deeper stretch in those hard-to-target areas like your lower spine while reducing pressure on your joints allowing gravity to be your guide.
This is a great class for the spine, sore muscles, posture, strength and conditioning. Great for beginners, pros, and everything in the middle! Our hammocks support advanced poses and give you decompression benefits only found elsewhere on an inversion table.
