Our College Station studio boasts one of the most empowering ways to embrace your body and stay fit…through Pole Fitness and Yoga Practices. Our classes allow you to soar and confidently explore aerial movements both on the pole and off. Our thoughtful and knowledgeable staff prioritizes your safety while encouraging you to push your limits in a supportive atmosphere.

DEFINITIONS OF CLASSES

Aerial Yoga (Hammock)

Aerial Yoga combines vinyasa flow yoga and aerial swings to create a practice that is full of movement, playfulness, and freedom.

Warm Hatha Flow

Innovative "Warm Hatha Flow" moves through poses with intention, melting into poses for longer periods, using props to lengthen connective tissue, and connecting to breath to increase oxygenation to the whole body.

Restorative Yoga

An accessible practice suitable for all levels, making it particularly beneficial for those recovering from injuries, dealing with chronic stress, or simply seeking a tranquil and nurturing experience on the yoga mat.

POLE INTRO

Like all of our pole classes, you can expect a fun atmosphere with amazingly encouraging instructors and students. This is a place where you absolutely "can"! You can do new tricks, you can feel strong and confident, you can smile and laugh and grow.

Intermediate Pole

Feeling like you finally have a "grip" on this whole pole thing? Step up your skills with our next level class. Inverts, aerial moves, combinations, and beyond.

POWER POLE

New to pole, and wondering HOW some of this is even possible? Pole strength is intended to build the muscle, mobility, and grip required for your pole journey.

Exotic Pole (Choreo)

Come play and experiment with movement in this open level pole class! Explore ways to string together individual dance elements into a tantalizing sequence, while developing your own unique dance style. We’ll use twisty transitions onto and off of the pole, as well as floorwork and low-flow choreography. If you’ve ever wanted to unapologetically dance like a goddess, this is the class for you! All experience levels are welcome, though we recommend taking a beginner course prior to taking this class in order to learn some basic steps and poses.

Registering for classes is highly recommended as every Group Class has a maximum capacity, and some of our more popular classes fill up quickly. However, we do allow walk-ins if there is open space in class.

All new pole students can start with a Beginners Pole class-however classes are designed to take into consideration all levels of students.
We also have yoga and fitness classes that do not have any prerequisites.

Pole Classes – Now is the time to wear clothing that makes you feel confident, sexy, and comfortable. Ideas include thigh-high socks, bodysuits, or simply an oversized tee or button-up over a fun sports bra! Please do not wear loose clothing or yoga pants, hand or wrist jewelry as they will either cause distractions or scratch the pole. Please do not apply any lotions or cream on your legs, arms, or hands on the day of the class as they will make your body slippery and prevent you from gripping the pole properly. Dry, bare skin is best for all pole classes! Platform heels are encouraged, but optional, in pole classes. Knee pads are also encouraged for Pole Tricks and Exotic Pole.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between hold. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of the hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30 days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All legacy membership rates will be forfeited.
