Zumba: Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. The fun of Zumba is the dance steps. But the Zumba dance steps can also be a source of frustration to some. If you are new to a class, you will have to focus on the steps at first. But don’t worry….a few times in the class and the moves will become second nature to you!
Tabata: Tabata is fast-paced, high intensity core, and body weight movements as well as boxing, cardio, and lots more!
Flexibility is just as important as cardio and strength, so we want to make sure we've got you covered! We offer just about every style of yoga you can think of, from Hot Yoga to Blacklight.

Great class for beginners, open to all levels!
Beginner Vinyasa: The word yoga symbolizes the union of oneself with all that is. Through the practice of yoga we experience increased self-awareness and feelings of centeredness, clarity and balance in our everyday lives. Yoga aims to balance all the aspects of self: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Yoga postures also known as asana helps increase flexibility, balance and strength
Yin/Restorative: Yin/Restorative is our basic and gentle practice with a focus on deep stretching and myofascial tissue release. This is a perfect practice for all levels of yogis, as well as athletes looking for soreness relief.
Blacklight Yoga: Having fun and doing yoga. Warm up the body with small, graceful movements then kick up the intensity and crank the jams. Expect to burn 400-800 calories with a smile on your face. The combo of heat, darkness, and glowing lights allows you to let go and focus on your practice. We end our time together with an uplifting meditation.
Candle Light Yin Yoga poses focus on applying light stress to the connective tissues of the body (tendons, fascia, and ligaments) with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. New depths in postures, deeper ranges of motion and an increased flow of energy can be achievable by focusing on these deeper tissues of the body. This is why so many students are finding Yin Yoga to be the perfect complement and balance to their more active yang practices.
Our Yin classes are dimly lit, with candles, and soft or no music playing. longer holds can be expected, on the floor, supported with props.
