Yeah yeah yeah, you have heard it all year, every year, and told yourself most years (or maybe this is the year) where you take all of the wisdom that you have gained over a lifetime and make some changes with it! But what’s different about your inner monologue this time…is that you actually do it!! Yes, you actually do it! 

Slow and steady and you invest in yourself because you know your life is not where you want to be. A healthy lifestyle and mindset for wellness is a slow gradual change, not something that you are trying to make a quick lotto hit on… it’s not a quick fix! 

So what you can do is plan some time each week to start researching wellness and the most important thing is you research things that you know you are going to like!!! One of my favorite  mottos is ” live life through activity! and don’t kid yourself, I am doing things that I love doing! 

What do you like doing? What did you like when you were a child ? Or in college? 

What physical activities do you like doing? This is the key to finding long lasting enjoyment in your life! I tell our members/family consistently that it’s 80% what you want to do! Only 20% of what you need to do!! This makes fitness and overall physical wellness so enjoyable! you don’t have to do exercises (most physical activity) you don’t want to do!

Now that you have an idea or plan about what you want to do.. Let’s put it into action by identifying our “why” ?? Why the heck that? Why now? Why this time?

Once you have your “Why” it’s going to be much easier to stick with it!

Now lets pick one goal that we can build on!! Share it with us!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between hold. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of the hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30 days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All legacy membership rates will be forfeited.
